When an emergency Vehicle ( Police, Ambulance
Tow Truck etc.) is on the shoulder vehicles must
slow down and if possible move over 1 lane when
passing by the emergency vehicle. FINES and or
JAIL TIME can result if caught violating this Law.
If You Have An Accident

*If you can't stay in your vehicle move as far
away from moving traffic as you can.

* Stay in your vehicle if it is SAFE TO DO SO.
* If you can't stay in your vehicle move as far
away from moving traffic as you can.
* If you abandon your vehicle in a traffic lane it
will be impounded by local police costing you
much more than a regular tow.

Abandoned Vehicles Michigan
* If you abandon your vehicle in Michigan and
don't claim it you can be fined. Civil Fine of
not less than $500.00 or more than $5000.00.

is insured under our commercial policy.
* Some companies advertise insured and what
they mean is they have PL/PD. If your vehicle
is damaged during service PL/PD does not cover
the damage done to your vehicle. Your vehicle
insurance will not cover the damages either. You
will have to sue the uninsured towing company.
* When a Towing Company advertises Low Rates,
Cheapest in town ect. they more than likely DO
NOT have Cargo and Garage Keepers insurance.
BE SURE TO CHECK.
* If you own a vehicle repair facility and you call
an uninsured towing company to tow your
customers vehicle and damage is done you can
be held responsible for the damages.

own. If you call us to tow your child's vehicle we will
call you when we arrive on the scene to assure you
your child is safe. When we are done towing your
vehicle we will not leave you standing alone in a
parking lot. If possible we will take you home. If we
can't we will call you a cab. If you need a rental
vehicle we will help with the arrangements. If your
from out of town we will take you to a motel. We will
do what ever it takes to make sure you and your
vehicle are safe.
